Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Nexora Vibe. Because Nexora products are consumable supplement powders, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, unsealed, or tampered with.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

*Unopened

*Unused

*In its original packaging

*With the safety seal fully intact

*Accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened supplement powders are final sale and cannot be returned for health, safety, and quality-control reasons.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, leaking, missing, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at:

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

*Opened supplement powders

*Used products

*Products with a broken or missing safety seal

*Products not in original packaging

*Sale items

*Gift cards

*Items purchased from unauthorized sellers

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for opened products. If you ordered the wrong item and it is unopened with the safety seal intact, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will review your request.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

However, for health and hygiene reasons, sealed consumable products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed after delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and with the safety seal intact.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
